8-Week Programs
(Two Options)

Option 1: Leap Level 2

Purpose: Produce maximum gains in Verticality, Agility, Horizontality & Speed. You will gain inches on your vertical and broad jumps and reduce your agility and speed tests time.
Duration: Two months/eight weeks
Total Sessions: 24
Sessions/week: 3


OPTION 2: Elevate Level 1

Purpose: Produce maximum gains in Verticality, Agility, Horizontality & Speed. You will gain inches on your vertical and broad jumps and reduce your agility and speed tests time.
Eligibility: 13U+ and Evaluation Scores above 60%
Duration: Two months/eight weeks
Sessions/week: 2
Total Sessions: 16

3-Week Clinics
(Two Options)

Option 1: Jumping Jets

Intensive Vertical Jump Clinic

Purpose: An all out Vertical Jump focused training clinic. Training includes form & fluidity instructions. Some athletes gain inches. Some dunk for the first time ever!
Duration: Three weeks
Total Sessions: 9

OPTION 2: Rip & Slide

Intensive Speed & Agility Clinic

It is all about the first two steps. This clinic equips athletes with explosive lateral & linear power. They will learn and develop explosive power to rip & zip by opponents faster and catch up sooner.
Duration: Three weeks
