Sessions simulate each possible move by athletes in their sport. Each athlete will train with resisted and contrast sets to build muscle memory for weekly improvement in-court & in-field. POWER MOVES include step-back, side-step jumps shots, explosive back and forward pedal handles and rips . ​​
