Leap: Level 1

Purpose: Produce maximum gains in Verticality, Agility, Horizontality & Speed. You will gain inches on your vertical and broad jumps and reduce your agility and speed tests time.

Duration: Two months/eight weeks

Sessions/week: 2

3-Week Clinics

Rip & Slide

Purpose: Rip farther and zip faster. You will get lighter on your feet. You will train to be explosive in the first three lateral & linear steps. You will rip & zip by opponents faster.

Duration: Three weeks

Sessions/Week: 3
