Ten-years old and up. Our Eight-Week Guaranteed Gains Programs (R) are designed to deliver gains based on frequency of attendance and intensity of drills.
Here is the list of programs based on frequency and intensity:
- Ten to twelve-years old: Two sessions per week in the Leap & Burst program
- Thirteen to fourteen-years old: Three sessions per week in the Leap & Burst program
- Fifteen-years old and up & not a Leap & Burst alumni: Two sessions per week in the Elevate & Dominate program
- Sixteen-years old & up & a Leap & Burst alumni: Three sessions per week in the Elevate & Dominate program
HOW LONG ARE THE PROGRAMS?
Programs consume eight weeks over two months.
HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE GAINS?

CAN YOU PROVE GAINS?
Gains will be depicted in numbers. We started Monster Vertical Power with analytics in mind. Therefore, every athlete in an 8-week program will take our combine tests before and after training. We measure all the training we manage, and we manage training by the performance measures. A combine scorecard will be produced before and after the 8-week program.
WILL YOU GUARANTEE MY CHILD WILL GAIN?
Only if your child gives a 100% in each drill in each session. No one breaks through, no matter the amount of money spent, and high tech machinery at work. With an organic desire to achieve, your child will gain. Those who come in to go through the motion waste their time and money. This is serious work for highly inspired athletes.
WILL YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?
We like to receive payments up front. However, we take payments based on your schedule, not ours. No fees. No interest. We work with parents in anyway they see fit to pay for training. To invoke this option, we ask for 40% up front. The remaining balance can be paid in up to three payments based on a schedule that fits YOU.
WHEN IS IT BEST TO TRAIN?
On the day of training, we recommend that athletes do not lift weights or arrive fatigued.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE MISS SESSION(S)?
No one loses money with us. There are always four sessions per week, and we will have seven in March, 2017. We will honor your commitment for up to one year after signing up. A big however: We like to ensure that athletes gain. Therefore, it is imperative that athletes stay the course. Continuous efforts generate momentum. Momentum produces results.
