Our clinics improve athletic explosivity to jump higher (reach peak height sooner than opponents), rip farther and run faster (Explosive first two steps). Athletes will also form instructions for higher Efficiency (Higher Return on Body Movement).

The purpose of this clinic is to give athletes lateral & linear explosive power. All athletes reduce their slides, forward and backwardl speed by a fraction of a second enabling them to rip & zip by opponents faster or catch up sooner.
